Installation Guide For Newbies

1.) Go to Download Section of lagunaran forums and click "Client Here"
2.) The Client is divided into 3parts, so you guys need to download all the three parts.(for me filefactory works best)
3.) after downloading the client( all the 3 parts), its time for you to create a folder(name it lagunaran). These is where you will extract all of the parts of the client. Use winrar in extracting. if in case you dont have winrar, just search for it on yahoo or google
4.) Next step is to download the latest patch.(note: you will see the latest patch at the dl section below the client)
5.) After downloading the patch, extract it into your desktop. Then open the folder where you extract it.
Copy all the things you will see there at the folder (usually it's consist of either data, texture, or both)
6.) Paste it on your Lagunaran folder. Supposed to be, a pop up box will appear, click there "Yes To All"
7.) Lastly go to the Lagunaran folder then search for the two params. Open both with NOTEPAD. After that look for the login address ( you will see it below), beside the login address, you will see there series of numbers right? thats what you call IP, from time to time that ip will change so just go to lagunaran portal you will see the new ip above the chatbox. It is beside the "todays new ip here"
8.) Then put your launcher into your desktop and your all set!

we change ip everyday because our ip is not a static ip. meaning we dont have a permanent ip. Oh but anyways admin posts it everyday at the portal above the chatbox so that the players will be aware of the new ip.
